Quiktron Return Policy

Quiktron prides itself on the quality of product and service we provide our customers. Should you, however, need to return an item purchased from Quiktron, we will provide a credit to your account or provide replacement product subject to the following conditions:

1. If the product is defective then Quiktron will repair or replace the product at no charge to the customer. The defective product must be returned according to Quiktron's RMA process below.
2. If Quiktron made an error on your order then we will either replace the entire order or replace the incorrect items on the order at no charge to the customer. The incorrect product must be returned according to Quiktron's RMA process below.
3. All products returned which are found to be non-defective and were correctly processed and shipped by Quiktron will be assessed a 15% restock fee at minimum.
4. Custom made products are non-refundable. Custom cables ordered incorrectly may be reworked for an additional charge. If the custom product is defective, we will repair or replace the product per our discretion.

To initiate your return please call our Sales Department at 800-361-0471 to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. RMA numbers are valid for 30 days from the issue date.

The buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges unless otherwise stated in writing by the Quiktron Sales Representative. Product must be returned in the original packaging with all necessary accessories and/or in a re-sellable condition.
